The latest briefing for the Pacific Coast is attached. This briefing covers the departing storm-force low affecting the northern Washington waters this morning with winds to 55 kt and seas to 33 ft. Conditions briefly improve later today into tonight before the next system arrives on Wednesday with gale-force winds strengthening to storm-force along the Oregon coast by Thursday morning.
